Fast Funding in Three Simple Steps

STEP 1: CHECK YOUR CUSTOMER’S CREDIT

Before submitting a load from a new customer, you’ll want to confirm their credit by checking with our TBS credit team. Using the TBS: Get Paid® opp is the easiest way, but you can also send an email to [email protected], call us, or use the web portal.

STEP 2: COLLECT THE RIGHT PAPERWORK

You’ll need the following completed documents to submit a load to us:

  • Exhibit B
  • Rate confirmation sheet
  • Signed bill of lading (BOL)
  • Any supporting documents (lumper tickets, retention tickets, etc.)

STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR SCHEDULE & GET PAID

If you’re using the TBS: Get Paid® app, you’ll be guided step-by-step to submit your schedule in the opp. If you aren’t using the opp, you can send ALL your paperwork in one email to
[email protected].
